Stroke Recovery

My Fuel Tank

I've done a lot in the last 3 days. No kids. Fiancee at work. No RDNS helper. Just me.
Cooked breakfast, put towels on and then hung them up outside.
Cleaned toilet seat, put towels away.
Hand washed blue top.
Went upstairs to get camera battery.
Walking around without stick.
Emptied dishwasher.
Made apple date pudding, lots of apple cutting up.
A few good days.

My fiancee makes herself breakfast while talking on phone. By the time she's finished I could hardly walk.
I went to bed and had a good sleep, but my fuel tank feels more like 80%.

These things that drain my battery, they are completely normal things, it's my brain that's different.

I'm sleeping more and doing less.

The kids and nanny come back. Suddenly there's 3x people and TV noise.
I can feel my fuel tank getting lower, like the tank has been damaged by a stone.

I quickly drop the breakfast plate in the kitchen and put the washing machine on.
I walk to the bedroom to rest and probably sleep and build up my fuel tank.

I'm very sociable. I used to photograph weddings chatting to 60 to 120 guests.
People said I was a great photographer. Not because of the pictures, because they enjoyed me being involved.
So it's not me that is antisocial it's my brain.
