No one can know how you feel. Most people like to share. They have a thought and they want to share it. That's why they talk. Humans are group animals. Some Struggles find sound annoying. They say little because even their own voice is annoying. I am used to changes in my brain. I wake up from a sleep and feel also normal. Laying in bed, no lights, no sound...am I normal again? I sit up and...there's that familiar dizzy type feeling. The more I do and the more sound and visual things there are the quicker my brain gets disturbed. It's invisible except I suddenly realize I need to go to the toilet and bed. No sound no light. Bedclothes over me. Sometimes 15 minutes of relaxation. is enough, I end up doing a deep slow breath and feel refreshed. Sometimes I need to sleep for an hour or 2. Time just dissappears for me, a lot asleep or quiet. My mornings are best to get things done. The later it is the shorter I can do things for. Yesterday was different and terrible. I got up for dinner and pudding. Nice. I added a page to my website while eating. I watched TV at the same time. All was good. Then SUDDENLY I didn't just feel dizzy. My head started pounding. I turned the sound off and covered my head with my arm, I stayed and breathed. It didn't get better. I felt like I was going to die. POUND POUND POUND. I decided to escape to the toilet and bed. I could hardy stand and walk. I nearly fell over in the toilet. I was in there trying to relax. I made it to bed, covered myself and took ages to reduce the pounding. I spent the night thinking. What? Why? Then I thought, the way my brain reacted was like the film. Pressure building in an oil rig, more and MORE, and then MASSIVE EXPLOSIONS. I think that's what did it. That's why I hide from some scenes. I felt like I was going to die. It was terrible, horrific. It was invisible to other people. You can't blame people for not realizing. They don't feel it and they can't see it. It really is the Invisible Pain.
By the morning after a long sleep I still haven't recovered. It looks like a day of rest and quiet and recovery. No action films!!!
